Bereits Ende letzten Jahres hat Elizabeth Schall ihre Combo MANSLAUGHTER in DREAMING DEAD umbenannt. Dabei ist ihr aus diesen Tagen nur Drummer Mike Caffell erhaltengeblieben. Doch in Leslie Medina (g) und Juan Ramirez (b) hat die Formation neue Mitstreiter gefunden, mit denen man auch schon fleißig war: Die erste Platte der Combo ist aufgenommen, und da man just einen Deal mit John McEntees Label IBEX MOON RECORDS unterschreiben konnte, wird selbige am 10. Januar erscheinen. Auf MySpace könnt Ihr Euch schon mal ein Bild von dem Death/Thrash der Combo machen:

Optisch hat sich die Combo übrigens ein wenig mehr ihrem Stil angepaßt: Während Elizabeth bei der MANSLAUGHTER-Photosession noch im schicken Kleidchen poste:

ist das Ganze bei DREAMING DEAD allerdings etwas mehr dem schwermetallischen Kontext angepaßt:
